Where the client can view the vehcile prior to making any payments, such as "In Stock" purchases, etc. Warranty on vehicle defects applies to defects identified within 3 hours of conclusion of purchase by arbitration per the following terms.
(i) Any arbitratable items that can be repaired for $500 or less is not subject to the arbitration policy. This expense belongs to the buyer. Only major mechanical defects are eligible for arbitration. Vehicles purchased for less than $4000 are sold "AS IS", unless otherwise stated and therefore not subject to arbitration.
(ii) All visible and minor defects are not eligible for arbitration. In addition, the following items are not eligible for arbitration:
- All glass*
- Alignment *
- Body damage
- Exhaust system
- Missing accessories*
- All electrical options*
- Rust
- Leaky gaskets and seals
- Tires and wheels*
- Shocks / springs *
- Air conditioning*
- C.V. joints
- Brakes*
- Struts and rack
- Smokey engines*
- Computer component problem*
(iii) What is arbitratable?
If the following problems or conditions exist and have not been declared, the vehicle is arbitratable:
1. Mechanical
- Engine problems - valves, low compression, timing chain, bearings, camshaft
- Transmission problems - slipping or poor shifting
- Rear end problems
- 4-wheel drive transfer case, front differential
- Clutch problems - other than adjustments
2. Extended Arbitration
- Major frame damage - must be inspected by a licensed frame shop
Notwithstanding the above, where the client has advance purchased a vehicle based upon the pictures and descriptions which turn out to be inaccurate with regard to any obvious physical defects (I.E. they do not appear in the photographs, nor were they mentioned in the description), (i) and (ii) do not apply and such items will either be corrected at the expense of the seller, or the buyer refunded in full. Damage incurred while vehicle is in transit or during unpacking will be covered by in-transit insurance which is included in the FOB Vancouver price. Items marked with a * in sec (ii) may not be arbitral unless they are shown to be different than: 1) as described or pictured, 2) are clearly evident immediately upon viewing, starting, or moving the vehicle and therefore should have been mentioned in the vehicle description.

On Offer: Has been purchased and is in partner lot in Japan.
Purchase to Order: Fee based service where Japanese partner bids on clients behalf at auction in Japan.
